Methodology

  • Retrospective analysis (5 years history): analysis of discussion forums (anonymous and aggregated data)
  • Prospective analysis: creating a new online discussion group, moderated and animated
  • Mapping the main topics, conducting semantic analysis of feelings and attitudes, evaluating the number of occurrences and clouds of key words
